Every price is stored once per currency and shown exactly as it was set, in USD, EUR or RSD. Nothing is converted on the way to the page, so the number on the shelf is the number at the till.
An order with three shops in it becomes three parts. Each seller ships their own part, sets their own delivery rules, and is paid out for it through Stripe.
Products, categories and brands each carry their own translation and their own web address in English, Serbian, German and Spanish. Switching language keeps you on the page you were reading.
